Bartges st., seeks $5,000 from Akron & Barberton Belt Railroad Co., claiming that she was injured on Feb. 6, 1929, when the automobile in which she was riding collided with a train at the Barberton - Springfield crossing. Mrs. Morgart...claims that as a result of the accident, she has sustained serious and permanent personal injuries.
